1.1 Your withdrawal from the contract must be sent to our email address support@swayfunded.com within the specified time limit.1.2 The Provider is entitled to immediately withdraw from the Contract in case of any breach by the Customer as specified in our GTC available on https://www.swayfunded.com/terms.
2.1 If the Services do not correspond to what was agreed or have not been provided to you, you can exercise your rights from defective performance.2.2 When exercising the rights from defective performance, you may request that we remedy the defect or provide you with a reasonable discount.2.3 We will try to resolve any complaint you may lodge as soon as possible (no later than within 30 calendar days) and confirm its receipt and settlement in writing.2.4 The fee is paid for access to the Sway Funded Trading Challenge or related services, and the Customer is not entitled to a refund in cases of cancellation, termination, failure to complete, or violation of the GTC.
2.5 If the Customer lodges an unjustifiable complaint regarding the paid fee or disputes the fee with the payment provider (e.g., through dispute services), the Provider may stop providing services and refuse future service provision.
2.6 Your choice of the Sway Funded Trading Challenge option at the time of order applies to subsequent Verifications and related products.2.7 The Provider reserves the right to change fees and parameters at any time, with immediate effect on all existing challenges. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review any changes before initiating transactions and trades.
2.8 The Customer may request the cancellation of the Client Section at any time by emailing support@swayfunded.com. This is considered a termination of the contract, and the Customer loses access to Services, including the Client Section and Trading Platform, with no refund of paid fees.
2.9 After paying the fee for the selected Sway Funded Trading Challenge option, the Customer will receive relevant login data for the Trading Platform at the registered email address or in the Client Section.
IF YOU ARE A CONSUMER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT, BY PURCHASING A CHALLENGE, YOU EXPRESSLY DEMAND THE PROVIDER TO COMPLETE THE SERVICES BEFORE THE EXPIRY OF THE WITHDRAWAL PERIOD, WHICH AFFECTS YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAW.
